I've never really had a bad contractor, but I have now experienced a great one. My project was completed on time, and everything went smoothly. Reem was very available and responded timely to my questions. Elinor did a fantastic job of helping me find the right porcelain, tile, cabinetry and fixtures AND she provided an awesome 3D rendition of both my bathroom and kitchen. Excellent communication. Julio and team did an exceptional job, everything they did was done with attention to detail. I'm so glad I found Brother and Brother Building, I couldn't be any happier. Professional, top notch and definitely competitively priced. You will not regret hiring them for your next project.

B&B remodeled my guest and master bathrooms after a bad experience with another contractor. We were pleased with the superior standard of workmanship. The good communication with all members of the team. we were assigned Daniel, as our project manager who went above and beyond to assist us when we ran into issues of materials procurement. We were also assigned an assistant project manager and a designer who assisted with all material purchases and questions and helped get them ready before our project started. The project was delayed a bit but still completed within the promised time frame. The price was reasonable, and we are happy with the end results.

Zion and his team started with our kitchen and bathroom renovation but ended up guiding us to remodel our entire house over two years. Their decisive guidance, excellent communication, and professionalism led to our dream home becoming a reality. We bought our home new and it was only about 5 years old, but we had a wall separating our kitchen and living room area that made the area feel closed off. We decided we wanted to open it up and create a pass through window and bar top to make the whole downstairs feel connected. I reached out to a few different contractors, but after meeting with Zion, we immediately felt Brother & Brother was the best fit for what we were looking for. Zion and Raul shared their expertise, were transparent throughout the whole process, and were very reasonable for the high quality work they do. We're very happy with the result and excited about being able to utilize the space.

Last year we decided to remodel to create a ‘great room’ that combines kitchen, dining and living areas. B&B was one of the builders we contacted. We were impressed by their professionalism and hired them. Daniel Perez was the B&B team leader. Daniel and his team did a flawless job of delivering on schedule and on budget. Communication was excellent so there were no surprises. The team was also very prompt in fixing small issues after completing the project. I recommend Daniel Perez and B&B Builders for your remodeling projects.

Kitchen Heaven is how I describe our kitchen/living room remodel. Yuval Abutbul was the project manager, and he was phenomenal. He was always quick to respond to emails and diligent to address all issues that arose in the process of such an extensive remodel in an older home. We pushed two feet into the garage and took out the wall dividing the kitchen and living room to create a spacious and open floor plan. The crew headed by Miguel Rodriguez was hardworking and exceptional in all work completed. In the end, they had created a beautiful masterpiece, and everything was finished within the projected time. We would not hesitate to recommend Yuval and Brother and Brother Builders. In addition to the kitchen, they had completed a superb bathroom remodel earlier in the year. We look forward to using them again when we remodel the master bathroom.
